How does it work?
Simple process
For talents: After being accepted as a talent, you can grow your network and get funded.
Supporters can sponsor talents, stake U-tokens and get rewarded with exclusive perks (community access, ESG certificates, etc.)
50% direct donation / 50% tradable
Half of the purchase price of a talent’s U-token is transferred to the talent directly. The other half is exchanged to the respective U-token which can then be held to redeem rewards or sold by the supporter. We charge a fee of 3%.
Underlying magic
The perseedU ecosystem is powered by our native $SEED tokens, which you can use to buy the branded personal currencies from the talents (U-Tokens). These tokens can be sold back anytime again to our automated market maker, which eliminates the need for centralised authorities like exchanges and other financial entities.

perseedU is a platform where talents can launch their own branded crypto tokens to fund their ambitions. Supporters can buy, hold and sell these tokens and participate in their success story with a unique mix of returns.
Buying tokens represents a donation with elements of an investment.
$SEED is perseedU’s native token that powers the platform. There will be a limited supply of 1 billion $SEED, making it naturally scarce. Every transaction of Talent Tokens on perseedU will be handled in $SEED, which can then be exchanged to $BTC, $ETH, and other currencies at one of our partner exchanges.
Every student gets their own branded U-token (e.g. $ALEX). The token represents a student’s career potential. Through additional incentives such as personal services, benefits and redeemables, students can motivate supporters to purchase their token. The price per token goes up as more supporters buy it (about token value and supply).
Person A (Talent) has an account and his Personal Token on our platform, he needs money for studying at a university. Person B (Sponsor) converts his money into $SEED tokens to buy the U-Token of Person A in order to help him fund his studies. 50% of that purchase will be directly donated to the talent A in $SEED, the other 50% will be exchanged to talent A’s U-Token. The sponsor B can sell these tokens in the future or hold them to redeem rewards offered by the talent.
We want to include talents from various backgrounds. In the first stage we want to focus on students and young talented individuals with an entrepreneurial mindset.
Gen Z or Millennials talents are the generations that currently need money the most. We offer help for those who need money for their university or social impact projects. Admitted talents should have a goal they want to pursue and be able to update their profile regularly.
perseedU is targeting both private sponsors as well as corporate sponsors. A sponsor’s main priority should not be financial returns from buying and selling U-tokens, but rather helping a talent succeed and building a network on the platform. Especially corporate sponsors can profit from the networking opportunities and bilateral agreements with talents as they represent tomorrow’s job market on the perseedU platform.

Because we want to rely on strong transparency and democracy within our community in a way that only blockchain allows. By tokenizing talents’ potential we are creating an interoperable platform that allows talents and sponsors to cooperate with each other for an upside in careers. Sponsorships via the use of social tokens eliminate the need for an intransparent middleman, which is a problem for almost all charities or donation services.
PerseedU is built on the Binance Smart Chain, which uses a Proof-of-Stake consensus algorithm, so its energy footprint is relatively small. Unlike the Proof-of-Work protocol, Proof-of-Stake is characterized by its lower power consumption and also by its high degree of centralization among a small number of network validators.
Unlike stocks of a company, U-Tokens do not represent a share in someone. By purchasing a profiles coin, you do not receive shares or entitlements to anything that is not specifically offered by the talent. Purchases of U-Tokens are generally a donation with an element of investment.
